Is it common to have this type of pain on your foot?

I dont know if this pain is normal or not but it doesn't seem to happen to my friends. Whenever i'm playing basketball, run or ski/snowboard the outside part of both my feet starts to throb in pain. To illustrate this better i have posted a link of where the pain is exactly.

Is this due to the type of sneaker/boot i wear or is there something wrong with my foot? This pain is totally frustrating because while all my friends are snowboarding or playing basketball i have to sit and watch because of the pain. please help me!

Apply iodex or volini regularly to 10 days without any delay now.
Reply:If you are having pain in each of those 5 places I would see a foot specialist immediately. Six years ago I had pain in my heal of my left foot. I had bad pain after sitting and then getting up to walk. I saw a specialist, he tried cortizone shots first, But I had to have surgery. Please don"t put it off like I did and live with the pain like I did. P.S. It doesn't take long to recouperate either.
Reply:I've had similar pains from walking far distances and sometimes from when i've been running distances. It subsides after a few days, not unless it's excruciatingly bad then it's take say 5 days to go back to normal. Apparently it's just the overstretched nerves and tendons in the foot that have been overworked. It is quite common if you're a sporty person.
