Can some one help me make this outfit?

I was bored the other night and thought up the most cute outfit ever but I don't have anything/know where to get anything for the outfit!Can you help?The outfit is:A thin white V-neck sweater with pale pink snowflakes next to the V if you know what I mean doesn't really make sense I know haha and a pale pink tank top underneath it and a pale pink ruffled short skirt with small white polka dots or snowflakes on it and white boots with pom poms on the laces and a pale pink and white striped ski cap and a pale pink scarf

Can some one help me make this outfit?
